Self facing systems a.k.a. pusher systems, ensure an orderly look and feel to shelves, reduce labour costs associated with manual product facing, provide proven loss prevention benefits, while automatically  advancing products to the front of the shelf maximizing visual exposure of the product at the all important point of purchase.  That translates into higher sales, lower costs, increased profits and an attractive return on investment.

Front & Back Rails 

The front and back rails can be adhered or mechanically fastened to virtually any shelving style to stabilize and support any of our standard pusher assemblies and divider options.  Our standard clear plastic front and back rails come in lengths of 47 ¾”, with adhesive tape applied to the bottom but can be customized to specific sizes and modes of attachment

Dividers 

The dividers easily snap into the grooves of our front and back rails, this modular design allows you to set or reset the dividers to accommodate a variety of product package dimensions. Our standard dividers are manufactured in a durable SAN plastic, 2 ¼”H and are available in 12”, 14” and 16” depths. Other divider options are available upon request.

Pusher Track

The pusher track houses the constant force spring and pusher paddle, allowing the product to automatically advance along the track. Our pusher tracks are clear plastic and come in narrow (1”) and wide (2”) track options that can accommodate different sized packages. Our pusher tracks come standard in 12”, 14” and 16” lengths. Other track lengths are available upon request.

Pusher Paddle 

Pusher paddles attach to the pusher track and provide the support required to securely advance the product package forward. We carry pusher paddles in 3 widths: 3/4”, 2 3/8” and 3 1/2".

Springs

The springs are housed inside the pusher track in our pre- assembled pusher. The light duty pusher has a force of 3 newtons and the heavy duty pusher 6 newtons. Springs options are also available in 9 and 12 newton strengths as required.

Our pusher system is designed for maximum flexibility and ease of adjustment to meet specific planogram requirements. Component selection is based on the weight and dimension of your product optimizing the functionality and appearance of your product display.

Pre-Assembled Pusher Units - Consisting of wide or narrow pusher tracks in 12”, 14” & 16” lengths, light or heavy duty force springs. Pusher units can be used within the “Face-It” system or integrated into other types of product display applications.
