Returns & Cancellations
If there is a problem with your order, please contact our Customer Service department within 24 hours. Cancellations are reviewed on a per-order basis, subject to review of material costs, production schedules and delivery expectations. No returns of any kind will be accepted, after a period of 30 days from shipping date of order. A return authorization number must be obtained, prior to return of goods, and must accompany all authorized returns.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- The item should not have been used.
- Item must be in new and resalable condition.
- Need a Return Authorization number that needs to be included with your return to Instachange Displays Ltd.
- A re-stocking charge equal to 25% of all materials and services invoiced, together with all freight charges, will apply to all returns.
